Marsim Auto Parts' Canadian AutoShow Giveaway: Official Rules (Canada)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1) Organizer

2) Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of the organizer (and anyone living in the same household) are not eligible.

3) Contest Period

The Contest begins February 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends February 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET (the “Contest Period”).

4) How to Enter

A) Purchase Entry

During the Contest Period, place an order at shop.torontohyundai.com or shopkiayorkdale.com. You will receive one (1) entry per eligible order that is successfully placed and paid.
Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible and any associated entries are void.

B) No Purchase Necessary- Email AMOE [Alternate Method of Entry]

To enter without making a purchase, email parts@marsimautoparts.com with subject line:
“Marsim Auto Parts Giveaway – AMOE Entry”
Include in the email body: full name, email address, phone number, city & province, and a short statement (50-100 words) answering:
“What car accessory could you not live without and why?”
A valid AMOE email entry received during the Contest Period earns one (1) entry, subject to the Entry Limits below.

5) Entry Limits

• Purchase entries: one (1) entry per eligible order.

• AMOE entries: limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per weekday during the Contest Period
  The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that appears to be generated by automated means, scripts, bots, or other manipulation.

6) Draw Schedule, Cutoff Time, and Odds

Draws will be conducted on weekdays during the Contest Period at approximately 4:30 PM ET (each a “Draw”).
Daily cutoff: Entries received after 4:00 PM ET will be included in the next eligible weekday Draw. Entries must be received no later than 4:00 PM ET on February 20, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7) Prizes

There are ten (10) tickets available to be won in total. Each Draw awards two (2) tickets to one (1) winner (for a total of five (5) winners).
Approximate retail value: $28 CAD per ticket (total approximate prize value: $280 CAD).

Transportation and accommodations are not included. Tickets will be delivered via email.
Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8) Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize

Selected entrants will be contacted using the email and/or phone provided on their order (purchase entry) or in their AMOE email (AMOE entry).
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

1. respond within 24 hours of notification (or such other time specified by Organizer), and

2. correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and

3. comply with these Official Rules.

If a selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, fails the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected. Non-winners will not be contacted.

9) General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest (in whole or in part) in the event of any error, technical issue, tampering, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that interferes with the proper administration of the Contest.

10) Privacy

Information collected for this Contest will be used to administer the Contest, contact selected entrants, and deliver prizes. AMOE entries do not subscribe you to marketing unless you separately opt in.

11) Platform and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Canadian International Autoshow
Any event venue, ticket issuer, or show organizer is not responsible for and is not affiliated with this Contest unless expressly stated by the Sponsor.

12) Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province/territory of the participant’s residence, as applicable.
